This Week from Village Walk: Blue Skies & Bi-folds!
Welcome back to our new homes in Studley, what a beautiful week it has been! After a cold and miserable few weeks, the sun finally reappeared and it has super-charged our progress!
Let’s have a look at how our new build homes in Studley are coming along!
All of our 9 properties now have roofs, and we have even had time to start adding in the windows, front doors, and stunning bi-fold doors! We love the sophisticated grey tone of the doors and window frames, which contrasts perfectly with the red brickwork.
Our houses have style and character (just like us, right?!)
When a building plot becomes a house…
When a new build property becomes watertight and interior walls are added, things truly begin to take shape and you get a feel for how it will feel as a completed new home.
Walking into the houses feels completely different now! We can stand in the kitchen, the lounge area, and the bedrooms – and they feel so much more homely now they have internal walls!
Garages galore!
We haven’t mentioned that the majority of our new build homes at Village Walk have a garage. Plots 1 & 2 have a separate garage building, whilst the garages for Plots 3, 4, 5, and 6 are part of the main property. Isn’t it great to have all that extra space?!
Below left shows the garage for Plots 1 & 2 and on the right is Plot 3.
Before we left, we had a sneaky peek at the external cladding which arrived this week, we can’t wait to see it in place!
The picture on the below left shows the cladding, and on the right you can see the beautiful blue skies over the site!
