We are so excited to share the latest news from our new build homes in Studley! Everything is falling beautifully into place as we approach the end of our latest new build journey and get ready to hand the keys to these nine beautiful new houses to their lucky new owners!
Before we do that, there are still some important final touches to be added – starting with the arrival of our new road sign and the big reveal of the name of our new cul-de-sac – Village Gardens! Doesn’t it look great?
We have also been busy adding the number plaques to our new homes – WOW! – we love how they stand out against that fantastic brickwork, and how they are complemented by the stylish lights too!
Eight of our nine new homes are addressed as Village Gardens, and the other is The Greswold, New Road! What a lovely place to live, right in the heart of this great Warwickshire village.
WOW again! Check out that ‘Ring doorbell! Who does that? Kingslea homes of course! We include these amazing notification/communication devices on select developments!
Glorious Gardens
Tucked away behind our amazing new homes are these freshly landscaped gardens! Complete with patio, lawn, and a shed. As well as an outside cold water tap, and exterior lighting. All of these little extras are included as standard with our new build properties. How many new home developers do you know who offer so many extra touches to their lucky buyers?
Woah, that’s a lot of plants! Luckily our super-talented landscaping team will be putting these into place to add even more character to our new development.
Through the keyhole
Next week will see the arrival of the luxurious 80% wool blend carpets so it is strictly shoes off inside our new homes! We left our boots on the doorstep so we could show you around inside one of the properties. We wish we were moving in!
The Final Touches
There is still some work to be done here on our Studley new builds so we will leave our tour here for now. But don’t worry, we will return very soon with many more pictures to share.
