It’s a delight to see clear blue skies back over our new homes in Studley, and the dry weather has meant that our team can crack on with laying the block-paved driveways and landscaping nine beautiful gardens. Did we mention that all of our gardens are completed as standard with a garden shed, an outside cold water tap, and a pre-laid lawn?
The building of our nine new properties in Studley is now reaching the home straight. As the final work is progressing outdoors, we are busy inside fitting top-of-the-range kitchen appliances and will soon be laying the 80% wool blend carpets – swanky! We will have some internal photos to share with you very soon, we promise!
We know it’s cold but let’s head back outdoors because we want to show off the fantastic electric, remote automated garage doors! Don’t they look super sleek alongside the stylish grey cladding? Inside, our garages are fully plastered and painted with skirting, powerpoints and lighting! We don’t do anything half-heartedly here at Kingslea Homes!
This week our landscaping team will begin laying the tarmac road that leads into Village Walk, so that very soon this new cul-de-sac will really look the part! We can’t wait for you to see the finished result!
