This Week from Village Walk: Hello New Kitchens!
Did somebody hit the fast forward button on summer because it’s flying by so quickly! That’s not a bad thing for our lucky off-plan buyers in Studley though, because it just means that their new build homes are getting nearer to their completion!
We cannot wait to bring you this week’s update from Village Walk because we have some exciting developments to share – let’s start with the brand new kitchens that are being fitted!
Our kitchen installers are cooking on gas!
All of our lucky off-plan buyers are invited to choose their new kitchens, and our Village Walk homeowners have made some fantastic choices. From classic white to dramatic glossy black – we love them all!
Our kitchens have been supplied by the excellent, locally-based Culina & Balneo, the installations are moving at a rapid pace and we are so excited to see the finished results soon!
Timeless tile choices
As well as being able to choose their kitchens, our off-plan buyers are also invited to select their tiling combinations! We absolutely love the bathroom tiling that they have chosen. The selections include smooth marble effect, cool greys, and a textured ridged slate… let’s take a look…!
Beautiful brickwork
Why have a timber fence when you can have a solid brick wall with an antique finish?! How much do you love the new boundary wall we have built along the side of Village Walk to separate our homes from the public footpath beyond? It’s eye-catching AND stylish (just like us!)
What’s next?
As work continues inside our 9 new build properties, attention outside has turned to adding finishing touches to the exteriors and landscaping gardens! Every time we come to the site, we are treated to another surprise as this construction site begins to look more and more like a beautiful new cul-de-sac!
